All original content, graphics, and software created by ScriptySphere are the intellectual property of ScriptySphere. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission. User-submitted content remains the property of the respective authors, but by sharing it, you grant ScriptySphere a license to use it within the community context.

Membership in ScriptySphere is a privilege. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership at our discretion for violations of our code of conduct or terms. Some programs may have specific eligibility criteria and additional requirements.

ScriptySphere provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that our services will always be up or error-free. ScriptySphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
